Automotive Parts Advisor

Automotive Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
  • Complete special order part request for customers and service personnel
  • Communicate with customers on parts status
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Automotive Parts Advisor Qualifications:

  • Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
  • Current Drivers License.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to start ASAP preferred!
  • Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen

Flat Rate Technician

Flat Rate Technician Responsibilities:

  • Capable to fault trace and diagnose automotive symptoms and recommend repairs
  • Perform maintenance services including annual services, oil changes, brakes, tires, and other needed maintenance items
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
  • High Fixed-Right-1st-Time repair rate
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Flat Rate Technician Qualifications:

  • Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
  • Current Drivers License
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Maintain ASE Certifications
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc
  • Strong work ethic
  • Position requires that candidate supply his/her own tools
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen

Automotive Service Consultant

Automotive Service Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Be a customer’s primary point-of-contact for their service visit from start to finish
  • Creation of detailed Repair Orders and Service Invoices
  • Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle status and work needed
  • Sales of repairs and maintenance work to customers
  • Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Automotive Service Consultant Qualifications:
