I first spoke with John regarding the KBB quote for my current car and then worked with Eric to purchase my new X5. He was truly great to work with and spent a lot of time looking at every detail with me. He made sure the car was ready for me to pick it up the next day with a bow on the car waiting for me. Chuck was helpful during my two visits as well! Really great service and I am happy with my new car.
Jen in Service is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She is the reason I drive past another BMW dealership to service my car. Would be nice if the service intake and pickup processes were faster with less paperwork as done by some other premium dealerships. Painful to set an appointment time and then have to wait 30+ minutes due to cumbersome process.
Jenn, my service advisor, kept in consistent contact throughout the process and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Her communication and Professionalism gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I was particularly impressed that the service dept provided a detailed video inspection explaining everything they found and the work they performed. Jenn was attentive and responsive to my needs. My car, now 9 years old and 136k miles needed a careful review to figure out how to fix some internal warning messages that began to surface. She prepared clear estimates and coordinated with the technicians so we had the car ready for a planned roadtrip.

Bought a BMW i4X Drive in November 2024. Dean was thoughtful, professional and brought joy to the experience with his quick wit. 1-1/2 years later, back for Service with Nck. Handled everything, smoothly and professionally. And much more quickly than I anticipated! Gotta give it up for his dad humor.(“Want oil change with that?” Eye roll emoji “Thanks for asking. Overall was pleased with experience however, thought it could have gone smoother. The communication was not very clear and almost walked away due to what I felt was a lack of transparency regarding price and car details. Once I voiced my frustration they quickly made things right and we were able to get the deal done.
We didn’t get the deal done but they tried like heck to make it happen. We didn’t visit dealership and did most of the negotiations were done via email and text. It came down to the trade. I left work early and my wife was going to also. We were heading to the dealership. We are 1.5 hours north. I thought we could work on trade but I saw it wasn’t going to happen. So I was out some vacation hours and she had to rescind hers. It happens… we were close…

Great customer service while onsite. Everything was explained up front, including my wait time, and they didn’t oversell services. They had an office area to work from while I waited. I like the video inspection of what was checked and they washed my car before returning. They recommended new spark plugs due to the age of the vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the car ran on the drive home.

Service guy was great to deal with. The receptionist for service saved all my info so I wouldn't need my vin to schedule when i was ready. They fallowed through taking care of all my concerns with preserving my tune. Four days after recall work and everything still looks and runs as it should.

It was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The only thing that we had an issue with was the we purchased the interior detailing and protection. They brought the car up and the interior was not clean and the protection was not applied. The salesman was very upset by this and acted immediately to rectify the situation.
