Purchased a used BMW M2 from Sewickley Auto store and from out of state. After taking care of paperwork remotely, I flew in the morning of my delivery. Everything went as previously described by my sales associate, Marc. Paperwork the day of delivery was handled quickly and efficiently. I was in and out on the road back to the Carolinas in about and hour and a half from the time my flight arrived. They even picked me up at the airport and gave me a tour of their town. Super nice folks. I would definitely do business with them again.

Service Manager was great. Very accommodating, explained all the services required and invoice at pickup. The service itself took a little longer than expected but they give me an upgraded loaner vehicle so it didn’t bother me. Service department is currently under construction, so parking and waiting area is a bit hectic. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Did a great job cleaning the car and finishing the work in a timely manner. Customer service was great, got back to me promptly with answers to any questions. Quality of work also seemed great. Only issue for me was the pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I drive an older vehicle and the price of fixing a few relatively minor issues would have far exceeded the value of the car. Anyone driving an older vehicle, I would recommend seeking work elsewhere.

Sewickley BMW saved the day by servicing my classic 3 series. I was traveling from Connecticut to the ‘burgh for a 50th H.S. reunion when the car lost all of its coolant. My first call was to Sewickley BMW service where they said to bring it in and they would try there best to get it back to me asap. The next day the car was repaired and I was back on the road.
